Roman History Resources
Rota is like the Roman version of tic-tac-toe.
Make wheel with 8 spokes. Each player has 3 pieces (for example, nickels and pennies). Goal is to get 3 in a row (around the side or straight across the middle).
Players take turns placing pieces. If all 6 pieces are down & nobody has won yet, you can move a piece one space (around the side or to/from the middle). You can't hop over pieces.
It's easy, but kind of challenging.
